Objective: To support our Lead Stager in carrying out the aesthetic & quality of our established brand.

Experience Required: None

PAY: $15 PER HOUR PLUS $0.60 PER MILE

Working within Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 PM

Available Hours: 15-40 per week (15 hours guaranteed)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST. Most Days we carpool but sometimes we need to take separate vehicles for various reasons to make our day more efficient

Basic responsibilities include :

  • Learn our staging workflow and assist where needed

  • pulling and packing inventory per the Lead Stager’s design plan

  • Assist the lead stager in hanging art, steaming bedding, unpacking accessories, cleaning etc. during staging

  • Perform destagings by packing and preparing our inventory on location and managing the logistics team in returning it to our warehouse

  • unpacking bins and bags after destaging

Skills & Qualifications :

  • able to adapt to high-pressure project scenarios & demanding timelines.

  • able to lift & carry minimum 50 lbs. ( bins of décor, inventory & art work )

  • Professional, you may have to communicate with clients as a representative of our brand

  • Punctual, Timing is critical in maintaining our schedule and completing projects on time

  • Organized, strong propensity for organization makes everyone’s job easier and more efficient

  • strong verbal communication skills, clear and concise communication between staging , logistics team, and our clients is also critical in ensuring a smooth work flow without confusion or mistakes

  • REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO WORK ON YOUR FEET OR SITTING IN YOUR CAR FOR EXTENDED PERIODS

  • MAY BE REQUIRED TO LIFT UP TO 50 LBS INDIVIDUALLY and more with assistance
